Meet Dr. Shellhart

A Note From Me

Hi! My name is Chelsea Shellhart. I am a Board Certified Pediatric Dentist. I am thrilled to be a part of the wonderful group of people at Tiny Teeth of Dublin. The best part of my job is to be able to help children overcome dental fears by making the experience fun and engaging. I thoroughly enjoy being able to spend my days with children and their families.

Working experience

Dr. Shellhart received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Colorado. She then completed dental school at the University of Colorado School of Dental Medicine. After dental school, she completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry program in Hilo, Hawaii. Dr. Shellhart was a general dentist in Northern Colorado for two years before specializing in pediatric dentistry. She then completed her pediatric dentistry residency at NYU Langone in Yakima, Washington. Most recently, Dr. Shellhart was a pediatric clinical faculty member at Nationwide Children’s Hospital.

My Passion

As a pediatric dentist, I enjoy being able to witness children take pride in themselves when they are able to be successful at a dental visit. I love being able to take part in helping them to develop skills that will help them in their future, and being able to witness the joy that comes from it. I am honored in being able to have a direct role in helping children lead happy and healthy lives by having healthy mouths.

Life Outside Of Work

Dr. Shellhart and her husband were recently married! She lives in the community with her husband, two step- children, and two miniature dachshunds. In her free time, Dr. Shellhart enjoys playing the piano and spending time outdoors. She holds Basic Life Support and Pediatric Advanced Life Support Certifications. She is also a member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, the American Dental Association and the Ohio Dental Association.
